Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, street address, the service you need, your answers in the estimator, notes and photos.
• Texting choices: whether you agreed to texts, which wording you saw, and any STOP or START reply.
• How you found us: the page you arrived on, the referring site, and advertising tags or click IDs in the link.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser details, which we use to run the site and limit abuse.

We remove location data from photos you upload through the estimator. The site keeps the page you arrived on in your browser's session storage until the session ends.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, give estimates and quotes, schedule and complete work, send invoices, keep business records, improve our service, and protect the site from spam and abuse.

Text messages

We only text you about a request or job if you agreed to it, for example by checking the optional box on our forms. You don't have to agree to texts to request service. Messages may include quotes, scheduling and job updates, and follow-ups after the work, such as a request for a review. Message frequency varies with your request and job. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, other than the providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed with service providers who help us run the business and complete your work. They include Twilio for calls and texts, Fly.io for website hosting, and our email and spam-protection providers. Our site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale of the business.

This section does not cover text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are handled as described under Text messages.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping duties. We keep opt-out records so that we continue to honor them.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. Our site is meant for adults arranging home services, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
