- Do you supply the cameras?
- Most people buy their own. Tell us the brand and we'll fit them.
- Can you run power for a camera?
- Battery cameras need no power, and plug-in cameras go near an existing outlet. A new outlet or other new wiring is electrical work that needs a licensed electrician in Texas; ask about it when you call.
- My old doorbell won't power the new one. What now?
- Some video doorbells need more power than an older doorbell transformer supplies. A new transformer is electrical work that needs a licensed electrician in Texas; ask about it when you call. A battery doorbell is the other option.
- Why does my camera keep going offline?
- Usually the Wi-Fi signal is weak where the camera is mounted. We check the signal at each spot before mounting, so you know if a camera needs to sit closer to your router.
