Cleaning & upkeep
Pressure washing.
Driveways, walkways, patios, fences and house washing, cleaned at a pressure the surface can take.

Right pressure per surface
Concrete and cedar are not the same job.
Even, no stripes
Surface cleaners instead of wand marks.
Scope agreed first
We'll confirm the areas before scheduling.

Power washing service
Clean, without damage.
Too much pressure etches concrete, splinters cedar and drives water behind siding. Matching the pressure to the surface is the whole skill.
Flat concrete
Driveways, sidewalks and patios run with a surface cleaner for an even finish.
Fences and decks
Cedar washed at low pressure so the grain doesn't raise.
House washing
Siding and brick soft washed where high pressure would force water behind the surface.
A few details help us plan.
Rough square footage and a photo are enough.
What needs cleaning
Driveway, patio, fence, siding or all of it.
A photo
Shows us the staining and the surface.
Water access
An outside spigot that works.
Common questions
Pressure washing questions
- How much does pressure washing cost?
- It depends on what's being washed and how big it is: the size of the driveway, one or two stories for a house, the length of the fence, and how much mildew, rust or oil staining there is. See a price range
- Is it worth washing the house?
- Usually, when mildew or green growth shows up, before painting, or before selling. Soft washing cleans siding and brick without forcing water behind them.
- Will it damage my concrete?
- Not at the right pressure. Etching happens when a narrow wand is held too close for too long.
- Can you remove oil stains?
- Often we can lift most of it with a degreaser, but old oil soaks in and may not come out fully.
- Do you wash roofs?
- No. Roof cleaning is its own trade and the wrong approach damages shingles.
