Duct cleaning service

After a remodel, or when the dust never stops.

Construction dust, a new pet or an attic system that's been running for years all end up in the same place: the duct runs and the return.

  • Supply runs

Each run brushed and vacuumed back to the plenum.

  • Returns and grilles

The return drop and the grilles, where most of the build-up sits.

  • Filters

The filter swapped while we're there, if you have one on hand.

Duct cleaning doesn't include equipment repairs, refrigerant, mold remediation or other HVAC work. Those are licensed work in Texas; mention them when you call.

A few details help us plan.

A vent count and the system's location help.

  • How many vents

Roughly, plus the number of returns.

  • Where the unit is

    Attic, closet or garage.

  • Why now

Remodel dust, pests, a new house or dust blowing from the vents.

Common questions

Air duct cleaning questions

Still have a question? Get in touch
How much does air duct cleaning cost?
It depends on how many supply vents and returns you have, whether there's more than one system, and how easy the unit is to reach. Pricing is confirmed with you on the call before anything is scheduled.
Is duct cleaning worth it?
Sometimes, not always. It's worth it after construction work, after a rodent problem, when you've moved into a house with an unknown history, or when dust or debris blows out of the supply vents. A dusty return grille on its own usually just needs wiping. If the house is newer and the filter gets changed on schedule, you probably don't need it yet.
What time of year is best?
Any time. The useful triggers are a remodel, moving in, pests in the ducts, or dust blowing out of the supply vents, not the season.
Will it help my allergies?
We can't promise a health benefit. The EPA says duct cleaning hasn't been shown to prevent health problems. If allergies are the concern, changing the filter on schedule is the place to start.
What if there's mold in the ducts?
Mold remediation is licensed work in Texas and isn't part of duct cleaning. If you're seeing it, mention it when you call.
Do you service the AC unit?
Not as part of duct cleaning. AC repair is licensed HVAC work in Texas; mention it when you call.
Can you clean the dryer vent too?
Yes. Tell us when you call and we can do both on one visit.
