Most sticking and latching problems come from loose hinges or a strike plate that has shifted, and those are repairs. A door that's split, warped too far to plane or has a hole through it is usually better replaced.

My door sticks only in summer. Why?

Doors and frames move with humidity and with the slab. We adjust for the position it sits in most of the year.

Can you install a door I bought?

Yes. Pre-hung is usually quicker than a slab, because a slab has to be cut and mortised to the existing frame.

Do you paint new trim?

We can prime and touch up. Full painting is a separate job.
